I have yet to come across any toy that is too strong or me except the hitachi. its to buzzy and just numbs me. I prefer my couture inspire.

is there a toy that is just too strong to use?

The Hitachi, Wahl, and sometimes We-Vibe Tango feel too strong for me. I can always muffle the vibrations with underwear or a washcloth, though.

So far none of my toys numbs me out. But I don't always use them on the highest setting.

Not so far - we don't have any plug-ins like the Hitachi. There are not enough batteries in most toys - so its not likely to happen.
