JeJoue MIMI - Oh, no!!!

Contributor: AlaskanBeauty AlaskanBeauty
So i bought my MIMI around July of last year here at Eden and fell in love with it right away.
I enjoyed it so much and turned bunch of my friends into MIMI-fans...

But, as time went by the silicone "skin" had become very loose and there is a lot of air between the "skin" and the hard Shell.
I can pinch silicone - and will end up with like 1/2 of an inch in between my fingers.
Last week, after i used it - i noticed that there is also a loose piece of hard plastic under the silicone, that is moving around and it does not look good at all.

It is a shame that this happened, and that it is not working right. The reason i purchased MIMI in the first place was
that i heard all around the internet sex-toy community that Je Joue is the best.

So i submitted a support ticket at Eden and representative recommended to contact JeJoue - so i did. Posting it because i believe that a lot of you will be interested to see how truly JeJoue follows its own promise of 1 year warranty. I will keep posting updates and hope that they treat me fairly.

Ok, I sent message to e-mail on their website: customercare@jejoue.co m on Saturday and received this answer on Monday morning:

"Dear Alaskan_beauty,
Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Je Joue Mimi.
Unfortunately it does appear that your product has developed a fault, however, all Je Joue toys are covered by a one year warranty upon valid proof of purchase. If you are able send us a copy of your receipt I will be happy to arrange a replacement for you.

Regards,
Katherine
Je Joue Customer Care"

So - i went ahead and went to my Eden order history and made a screenshot of my order and sent it to the same e-mail. Lets see how this goes.

Ok, JeJoue sent me a replacement, which happened to be a new model MIMI.
New box is much smaller, cuter and nicer i would say, just different design.
Mimi itself looks the same, but logo is upside down and closer to the bottom.
Now, buttons. There are 3 -plus, minus and function in the middle. it is easier to press these new buttons because they are slightly raised.
It also seems that vibrations got stronger.

Now sad part: function button does not work! I followed the manual,i pressed it all different ways possible - it simply does not work...
So at this point i am little frustrated... I am going to write them back and see what they say.
