Nice idea! I would recommend some of the following:

MiMi - Strong, waterproof, rechargeable
We-Vibe Tango or Salsa - same specs, but a little more affordable

I think the tango is the only one in stock (because these toys are that great). The tango is a great choice.

Uma is stronger than Mimi and has the ability to be inserted as well. Also Tango and Salsa.

Whatever it is, really recommend something of higher quality, like the above mentioned Una, Mimi, or We-Vibe, or other vibes like them. The problem is, they can be kind of pricey, so unless you specifically know she would love them, you might end up buying a luxury toy that won't get used as much. Does she have a preference for certain features?

The good thing about High end toys is someone is willing to buy them. So, should you not like the toy you buy; you cold sell it or put up a toy swap list. As long as it it a non porous material! Which Silicone, Plastic, Glass, wood with finish, and Steel are the only materials. (Be sure to Boil (glass, silicone, or steel without motors), bleach (10% solution wood, steel, silicone, glass), or use alcohol (plastic) prior to shipping.) Be careful with non waterproof toys and using bleach or alcohol washes. Stay away from the motor.

I would go with mimi if it is a gift on vacation. Jejoue packaging is really elegant, and mimi is a great toy! Tango is my second favorite vibe and is also a good choice.
