I'm looking to get a massager, but I can't decide between the Hitachi and the Fairy. Both seem to have a great reputation but I want to know which is more powerful if anyone has tried both or just want to advocate for one!

The Hitachi Magic Wand has crazy power, and has quite a few accessories for it. But I don't own the other one, nor do I have a clitoris so I'm not sure how much my opinion is worth.

We both love the Fairy vibrator. The Hitachi only has two speeds which just couldn't cut it for us. He likes it a little faster and she likes it a little slower, so that was a huge factor in our decision making.

I have the fairy wand, and I must say I LOVE IT as does my wife. Its well worth it.

The Fairy Wand is WAY more powerful than the hitachi and it has a variety of settings instead of just two. Also while it can get a bit buzzy on the highest settings (but I doubt many gals can handle those settings on their lady parts), most of them are very rumbly. Hitachi may be the original, but the Fairy does it better.

Im voting fairy wand. I am no beginner to all this but I have the fairy wand massager and oh my gosh it is powerful. I have never had a hitachi and I don't know that I ever will. If the hitachi is more powerful then the fairy wand then wow, the women who use them on their lady parts are brave! I would never turn my fairy wand all the way up!

I don't have either, but I have the Mystic Wand & I love it more than any other toy I own! It's quiet, you don't have to plug it in, STRONG, compact, and it has 6 different vibration patterns. You just can't beat it, IMO.

I am a sucker for pretty things so I went with the fairy mini. It is the compact version of the fairy. Its far prettier and has multiple settings. The lower settings are plenty rumbly and the high settings are far far too much for me. I do not think I will ever purchase the hitachi because the fairy has the advantage of being cute and has multiple settings.

Hitachi is the number 1 selling massager, but I'm too intimidated for it yet. I have the Vibratex Mystic wand and I like it, but I know I'll ahve to try Hitachi later on when I become more comfortable with larger powerful toys.

I only have the Hitachi, but it is crazy powerful. I can't imagine anything being stronger, and they are also very deep vibrations, I feel like they are traveling through my whole vulva. Amazing.

I would choose the fairy for two reasons. I like the looks of the fairy better color wise. I like the variable speed control. The fairy does have slightly less power. Not by enough to make it an issue for me.

I love my Fairy for the fact it comes with multi-speed instead of just high/low and no extra attachments to make it that way. It's also lighter and smaller than the Hitachi.
And the travel pouch with the Mini was a bonus.

I've tried both and I really prefer the fairy--I hate the high/low speed on the hitachi and frankly, it doesn't go in you, so what's the use is super rumbly vibrations? That doesn't do as much for me as the vibrations the Fairy has. I really prefer it!
