So after fiddling around with the battery compartment I finally made it work, but the cap that holds the batteries is lose Is there any way for me to fix it? I have had this happen, too frustrating!! The customer service are amazingly friendly at Eden, so I would definitely let them know. If it is after the warranty and it cannot be replaced then play with the top and try to fix it yourself.
