A nice bullet is a good place to start. Rabbits are very anatomy specific, so you'll probably want to wait until you know more what you want and what will work for you. Dildos are also a good place to start. I like bullets though and I think it's hard to go wrong with them, so I would suggest getting a bullet first.

I think a traditional vibe is best, because you can experiment with using it internally or externally.

I second this! A traditional (straight) vibe is a great place to start.

a traditional vibe or bullet, even a pocket rocket, would be a good place to start.

Bullet or a traditional (straight) one. I started out with the latter myself. =]

I started with a bullet then went to dildos then to gspot vibes. I don't like the way traditional vibes look so I have yet to get one. I would say bullet vibes would be a great place to start. It's inexpensive and very discreet.

I suggest a bullet to start out with. Next I would go for a g-spot vibe of slim or average girth. I would stay away from jelly toys.

Get a rabbit!

Bullet or basic straight vibe of average size and intensity. You can decide from there how strong you want the vibrations to be. Also look for toys made of safer materials, like silicone. Have fun!

of these bullets, but you could try clit vibes too

Definitely a bullet. That was my first toy. There are some rather cheap ones, so it's a good start.

I'd start with a bullet and get used to it then move onto a rabbit!

Bullets! Vibration can be pretty different if you're totally new to it. Get a waterproof one so you can try inserting it too, if you like.

Start small with a nice versatile bullet. Much less intimidating and good way to find out what you like in a toy (pulses, soft vibrations, firm material, soft squishy material, etc) without spending too much money. Who knows, you might not even like vibrations at all!

My first toy was a cheap plastic battery operated one speed vibrating dildo from Spencer Gifts. When I joined Eden I learned there was silicone, glass, metal all sorts of high quality dildos with multiple speeds and vibrations and rechargeable too! I would always recommend a vibrating dildo to any new user. It can be used on almost any portion of the body to stimulate and not only for inserting. It's multipurpose and a good way to learn other textures and materials.
I find bullets don't always stay in place and rabbits are either not stimulating or just a tease.
