X-orgasm is a bit more complicated, but not hard to acheive. Standing up, slightly bent such as with my hands on a table or bed and him behind me, or him using a toy from behind me aiming straight up -- towards my cervix. This is probably the position I experience X-orgasms the most. I can also get them during intercourse when in the missionary position with him standing over me, my legs and most of my lower half being lifted by him (his shoulders or his hands up under me to lift.)
Another position that works for me (when it comes to cervical orgasms/X-orgasm) is with him lying back, me sitting on top, but with my back facing him so that he can lift me a little and it seems that helps it to reach my cervix.
Almost always though, it's with straight up thrusts & me standing, leaned over. That really seems to be the position where I get the most out of -- when it comes to using a dildo.
