Problems with Leaf Life - Does anybody else have these problems?

So I've had my Life vibe for about two months now. It gets fairly regular use, charges up nicely, etc. The only problem is... It has the same problem as the Form 2! When turned up to high levels it makes a very loud obnoxious noise... it sounds like there's a machine in the bed! I've tried everything to make it stop, but no matter what I do, it continues to do it unless I turn the intensity down.

What gives?

I have that problem with Fresh, but not Life. I don't know if it's a defect or just a problem with a few of them. You can always exchange it for a new one and see if that one is better.

I would submit a support ticket - it sounds like it might be a defective one.

I haven't experienced that with either of the Leaf vibes I have. It does sound like you have a defective one.

Yeah, I had that problem with my Form 2...SO frustrating!!! My Life does not do that at all. I bet you got a lemon.

Not a problem I've ever had! My Life has a gentle purr even at top speed. (Hmmm, wish I could say that for my non-toy life, too!) I agree with everyone else here, sounds like you might have gotten a not-so-good one.

If you JUST got it, go ahead and submit a support ticket to get a replacement or refund!

Sounds defective hun. Try returning it, or submitting a support ticket.
