This depends on your anatomy. You will, pretty much, have to buy it and try it, in order to know. The only thing you can do is measure the distance between your anus and vagina, then go to a review and see what the measurement is for the base. Divide that in half. This will tell you if it will block entry for your partner. If your spacing is too close, it could be uncomfortable for your partner.

In my personal experience, this is the ONLY plug I have tried that stays in place and actually stays comfortable during intercourse!!

Yes! It definitely does. For me, this is the only plug I can wear during penetration, and even that it has to be with smaller toys or a single one of my partner's fingers. I wouldn't worry about it falling out.
