Hi!
I was wondering what are environmentally safe ways to throw away [old used] sex toys? Is there a recycling program or are there disposal programs? Is it safe to put in the recycling bin (for silicone vibrators, especially the rechargeable ones) if those are not options? Thank you!

They are simply trash. No municipal or commercial recycling program take silicone. There are not many recycling programs for Li-ion batteries, but if you can find one, you'll have to disassemble each toy to extract the batteries.

I have at various times participated in groups that offered their used toys for sale or swap. Some find it gross, but I got a great deal on Njoy Eleven - it's pretty easy to sterilize stainless steel. I just don't think there were enough people willing to buy used toys to make it worthwhile. I know of no such portals at this point - but if you look hard you might find one.

I know that there is an option on edenfantasys.com to turn in used sex toys and recycle them to be used for making raw material.

I personally wouldn’t do this, but it is possible to sterilize silicone if you wanted to give them to someone else. Be sure to boil it first to sterilize it.
