How does the point system work with reviews? Do you receive points for reviews? i just wrote a review and didn't recieve any...

If you are new, you may want to go through the mentor program first. I have gone through it once, and going through it again actually. You have to make sure you SUBMIT the review. If you just save it as a draft you wont get any points from it.

Make sure you are signed up for the Eden Points Program, you can do this by going to your account dashboard and clicking Eden Points Program in the list of options on the left hand side.

Following that make sure you submitted your review and not just saved it as a draft. You won't receive any points until you fully submit your review.

If you have done both of these you can submit a support ticket to get it taken care of.

I did submit my review. The editor even published it but i still didn't get any points for it.

Are you signed up for the points program? Double check that. If you are it could be a fluke, in which case I recommend filling out a support ticket and asking them to remedy your situation.

Yes, i am signed up for the points program. I subbmitted a support ticket but no word back yet.
