I wont make the obvious road head comments (oops), but this REALLY depends on how adventurous you both are.

Are you afraid someone may accidentally see your shenanigans? Do you want to make sure someone sees them? Couple play? Solo? Photos? Etc, Etc, Etc...

An inflatable butt plug is really fun for car rides because it is a slow ongoing predicament. The inflation bulb can reach between the seats so it is super easy and intuitive for the driver to pump or deflate while driving. I've found it much easier to manipulate than the controls of cordless vibrators. And I love how swollen the pussy gets while aching for a little attention.. "Are we almost there yet?"
