I've been reading a lot and maybe the reason why vibrators don't really get me off generally is I have the wrong one. Are there internal vibrators that are rumbly deep vibrations or are most of them of the buzzy variety?

Lelo vibrators tend to be of the "rumbly" variety. I personally have the Elise and love it. SinFive vibrators also tend to be rumbly, but can be much louder and are not rechargeable. I personally have the Nagi and I like it as well.

It's true about the Lelo vibes. I have the Liv & the Mona and the Elise is supposedly 50% stronger than the others, so that one's a sure bet.
