I'm picky -- I think both are just as important!

I agree, both are VERY important.

shape dictates all for insertion.

If it's going inside, the shape is most important. Features aren't going to do much good if you can't slip it in comfortably!

I am the worlds worst at not reading anything about a toy before I buy it. I look at it, and decide yes or no. So for me, the shape.

Well, I NEED something quiet or I can't use it, so that's THE deciding factor! After that is how waterproof it is and the size! I can't use anything too large

Both are very important but material's important for me too, I've got a tilted uterus so I don't like anything thats super rigid

The most important things to me in a vibrator are power and noise level. Material safety is also very important. Shape comes after that.

Exactly. What good are features without a good, solid shape as a starting point?

If the toy doesn't have a shape that is going to work for me, then the features will be bloody useless!

I feel the same way. I got the Freestyle W and while I love it's features, it's absolutely useless to me because the shape doesn't work for me at all!

I think it's really important to think of both. I try to find something perfect every time I buy a sex toy--which is probably why my collection is so tiny! XD

Shape - I've got a rabbit with the most delicious pulsing pattern but I hardly use it because my vagina doesn't like the shape of the shaft.

The shape of the toy
I'd have to really say both.

I wanted to vote both, but if I had to pick one I say the shape is more important for me.

Shape by far. (Along with safety and texture of material, of course.)

(Can you tell my collection has many more dildos than vibrators?)

The shape, there are some toys out there that are artistic but frightening to me
