This is something we do from time to time - I'll use a vibrator during oral sex to help build things up. Personally, I like the "wider" discreet vibrators, such as the Mimi or We-Vibe Touch. My reasoning for these types of vibrators is that things get awfully wet and slick during oral, and it's easier to position and KEEP in place one of these wider-shaped vibes.
