I couldn't give a fair opinion on 10 Speed versus the Bliss... I've never tried the Bliss.
What I can say is that the 10 speed is powerful, but it also can be heard (even inserted) if there's not some sort of sound cover (so a club with music would be fine, but a quiet restaurant would not).

The Bliss is a little too large for me to wear out in public. It makes a visible bulge, and I'd rather not use it internally. I don't know about the 10 speed bullet. Honestly, the best vibe I've found for remote partner teasing is the LELO Tiani 2. It's more expensive, but it stays in place well, has a good range, and it's quiet.

I haven't tried the Bliss so I don't have any opinion on that but from my personal experience with the 10 speed egg I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Like I stated in my review it has a lot nice features but mine hasn't worked well since I got it. I probably should've returned it. It eats up batteries rather quickly. Not sure if anyone else had this problem. I didn't think the vibrations were that powerful either but that might be a plus for public play if you didn't want something too strong.
I agree with buzzvibe on the Tiani 2. It's one my favs and it's pretty quiet. It's def worth spending the extra money.

I like the Bliss (internally) a lot for public play.

I've only tried the Shots Toys 10 speed green one. In public, it's quite a good tease, especially when my partner would scroll through the patterns. I got really worked up, but it wasn't strong enough to get me off. At home, using it externally rather than internally, it works great!
