Strongest, Quietest Vibe You Know Of?

the we-vibe salsa or the eroscillator, depending on what stimulation you're into.

The Salsa isn't all that quiet, actually. I don't give it any points for discreet sound. A closed door would (probably) block the sound, but you definitely couldn't use it unnoticed if someone else was in the room. I'd give it a high three bees. It's strong as all get out, though.

My MiMi will be here later today, so I can't comment on that quite yet. I have the Uma, which is supposed to be comparable in vroom & noise. It's significantly quieter than the Salsa, probably 2 bees, and it gets quieter when you apply any pressure at all. It's not as rumbly as the Salsa, but it's just as powerful (I prefer the Uma vibe quality to the Salsa vibes, personally).

If you want REALLY intense vibrations, the Wahl 2-speed is unbelievably quiet. Even on it's highest speed, it's damn near silent, easily muffled by a comforter. One bee for sure. If you apply a lot of pressure, though, it rattles a bit, somewhere between 2-3 bees depending on the pressure. (And, it's affordable! $30ish, I think.)

I didn't pay attention to the quiet part, sorry about that. Wands are out of the question. Salsa or life would be my answer. I use salsa regularly laying next to my sleeping husband.

Uma is also a good option, she is my favorite toy. I use her nightly laying next to my hubby. She works better for clitoral for me than internal, but she can be used internal too. I personally dislike Mimi I found her vibrations lost.

The Eroscillator 2 deluxe w/ the grapes attachment. I feel it's pretty quiet, and it is wife's favorite.
