Hands down (no pun intended), it's the Hitachi. I have three (one for home, one fore travel and one in case one breaks!), and it is a marvelous invention. It actually plugs into the wall, so it's super strong and has a lot of power, packing quite a punch!

Usually the strongest vibes are the plug in ones or rechargeable ones, such as the ideal, the hitachi, and the lelo line (iris, gigi, etc).

Hitachi is insanely powerful! My Delight vibrator comes in a definite second... as far as bullets? PD230611 is a cock ring but it comes with a bullet that makes my fingers go numb every time I use it.

The Hitachi seems to be the most popular. I have a problem with that one, getting it to work for me. The Vibratex butterfly vibrator (it is a dual type) has a clitoral attachment that works very quickly. Another good second, for me, was (it burned out) the Decadant Indulgence (the latest model). That one has a rather powerful clitoral attachment when turned way up too. Good luck. I just keep trying new ones out.

I have found the Wahl to be lower frequency vibrations, which translate into rumbly, deeper vibrations which work really well for me. I like the Wahl better than the Hitachi. Although, I do like the Hitachi sometimes. We use our Hitachi more for body massages. The Wahl is usually used for sex.
