So I read many of the reviews for the Mio, and I haven't found the answer to this question. I'd like to get a wearable vibrator, that doesn't actually prolong erections. I'm looking for a little hands-free clitoral stimulation during sex, but my boyfriend is a little on the larger side (about 5 1/2" in circumference) and if sex lasted much longer than it already does I wouldn't be able to walk.

Thanks, that's very helpful. The only problem with the We-vibe, is it adds a little girth, and that isn't something I could handle, since I have vaginal tearing issues as it is.

MissFox - I see no problem with your boy friend using the Mio - it is very comfortable and can easily stretch to fit him with no adverse effects.

I use the Mio just around the shaft. It is powerful but quiet. It stretches a considerable amount but then goes back. When on it doesn't feel very tight and doesn't cut of any blood. It is just a vibrating one. I hope this helps.
