Hmm... I would say
LELO - the Ina 2 is AMAZING as well as other toys like the Insignia Collection.
Je Joue - MiMi, Ami. The silicone is lovely by them and the packaging and quality if lovely.
Third? I would say a toss up between fun factory and we-vibe

First I would say Jopen. The Vanity rabbits are pretty awesome (though some have wimpy clit arms, but that's okay, they still do their job).
Second would be We-Vibe with the Salsa and Tango. Very nice.
I wanna say Je Joue third, but I've had trouble with their items (MiMi used to be my favorite clit vibe out of them all, but Salsa won me over). I kinda wanna give a small tip of the hat to Fun Factory, but I've only tried two of their vibes (if I remember correctly). The Delight Click n' Charge was weak and not for me. However the G4 Big Boss has quite a kick to it. Though I'm waiting on their Stronic to become available (but then that's not really a vibrator but a pulsator).

1. Eroscillator. They make my all-time favorite vibrator (or sex toy in general, for that matter) - except it doesn't actually vibrate, it oscillates very quickly.
2. Lelo. I am almost always impressed with toys I try from them.

Jopen - The deep rumbly shafts are awesome. Their clit vibes are usually weaker, but at least they don't mute out like my experiences with Lelo. For the rabbit Vibes. The Vr9 is awesome with power and it can be used as a clit vibe.
We Vibe - Tango and Salsa are the top dogs of clitoral toys that are compact and powerful.
Je Joue - Uma is fantastic. Mimi works for a lot of people, but not me. I can't stand that shape.

LELO -- everything I have tried from them has been great
Leaf -- Have the the Life and the Vitality, and want the Bloom next--love the shape and intensity
I'm more ambivalent about Je Joue--Uma is not flexible enough for me, and the buttons are very hard to press
