Did anyone else have a problem with it not working right? I guess mine is just a dud. I think it's too late to exchange it or anything. =[ I put in a brand new battery inside and if I twist it just right it'll burst but then it dies. Now it's just died completely... Not sure what the problem is.

Submit a support ticket about the problem you're experiencing. If you haven't had the product for, I believe it's either 60 or 90 days, you should be able to return it for a new one. The first step, though, is submitting a support ticket.

I think maybe it was just mine that didn't work. It doesn't seem like anyone else is having issues with it. I sent it back so hopefully they get it and send me a new one. Hopefully that one works!

you might have bent something inside, if you bend the little metal bits that connect to the battery you can move it just right when you screw it shut sometimes to touch it but it doesn't last very long and uses more of the battery's juice. Try not to do this unless you go in and fix something or you can short out the toy for good.
