I want a cheap traditional vibe because I don't know if I would like it or not... I like the toys with lots of bells and whistles .... Which is better for a bland toy?

I'd go with the Classic Chic vibe.

For a cheap traditional vibe the Velvet Touch is the way to go. It was one of my first real toys and is still a favorite of mine. My follow up review mentions that I didn't like it anymore due to it's performance but I have since fixed it.
The vibrations are much more rumbly and deep than other vibes in the price range. I have a huge problem with really shallow buzzy vibrations in a lot of the cheap ones, so seriously go with this!

Velvet touch, for sure

I have the classic chic g-spot, and it isn't very strong. I can't say on the velvet touch.
I got the Mia 2 recently (about twice the price with the V-Day sale) and it is much stronger. I would suggest getting that for better quality, personally.

Are they not the same vibrator? If they're Cal Ex, which I'm guessing they are, you can almost guarantee you'll get the exact same vibrations (not stellar by far) in most of their vibrators. Now their newer line like the Posh line seems to actually be nicer, but I would not go with these unless all you need is a very cheap, buzzy, high pitched, numbing vibrator.

Hate to be so blunt about it, but this is really how I feel with every single Cal Ex vibe I've gotten. If you can get off with numbing, buzzy vibrations, it won't be a bad vibrator, but I really think there are way better, nicer quality traditional vibrators out there for decent prices.
In my opinion, Evolved has the best vibrators out of all the cheaper toy lines out there. I've always had amazing luck with every Evolved toy I've owned except one (it was because it was too large to fit!)
This is a nice, traditional-ish vibrator with a little texture though, but you can pretty much guarantee you'll get very nice vibrations in Evolved's toys. Now if you need something with luxury quality vibrations, you're in the wrong price category anyway, but judging by your category (Cal Ex) here are the types in similar category & price range that I personally think are far nicer & worth checking into:
Desire Photo below.
Desire is a bit higher -- $24.00.
I also think this Bgood traditional vibe would be a little better and pretty nice for a traditional style toy...
Seduction (pictured below) has a slightly tapered shape for a traditional vibe, and is a bit higher, but one that I'd get over the Cal Ex vibes.
I could be wrong. This Classic Chic line might actually be worth something, so it's probably a good idea to look into other's opinions who actually own one of these (reviews!) But personally, I'd be going or one of the others.
Again, it depends on your personal needs/prefs in a vibrator.
