I use one mostly because it's a challenge... Vibrators are the only way I can have a clit orgasm... Dildos are better, but vibes mean less clean up because there's almost no chance I'll squirt and there's less effort on my part using it as opposed to trusting with a dildo, even if the orgasm isn't half as good.

For me they work fairly fast, but the orgasms I get from them don't feel as "complete" as the ones I get from my hand or a dildo/hand combo. I get the urge to have another orgasm almost right away when using a vibe, which can be fun sometimes, but annoying at other times. It all depends on my mood.

I can with or without (clitorally), but it allows me to faster. Internally, though, dildos do more for me than vibrators.
