Vr5.5 Owners--Help!

Hello,
So, I recently bought a Vr5.5 and have used it around 10 times. I really like it a lot, but I think it has started to sound different than when it was brand new.

It's the clitoral arm that is making the weird noise. It's kinda loud/buzzy when it is on, and will only become quieter if I hold it with a few fingers; the pressure seems to take a lot of the noise away. It is quieter in use too. Also, when both arms are on, the clitoral arm still makes the buzzy noise, but it's more 'thumpy', as though the internal arm's vibrations are throwing it out of whack. I'll also mention that besides the buzzy noise of the clitoral arm, it has an underlying high-pitched sound when it's on that the internal arm doesn't have.

So my question is: if you own the Vr5.5, does it seem to make similar noises with the vibrations? Can you describe how yours sounds? Am I crazy and worrying too much? This vibe costs a lot and was quite a splurge for me, and I just don't want anything to be wrong with it.
Any advice and/or input is much appreciated!

I thought of that, but then I thought this way might gain a reply from those who bought the Vr5.5 but didn't yet or won't review it. I guess I'll bug the people who reviewed it as a last effort.

I noticed you reviewed the Vr6.5. Since that toy is from the same line and should have similar if not the same motor system, I wonder if yours demonstrates similar vibration sounds?

Hmm...I haven't noticed this on mine. Sometimes though I've noticed the Jopen toys act a little crazy when the battery gets low. Try charging it to see if that fixes the issue. If not, I'd call it a possible defect.

Thanks for the reply. When I first started noticing the noise, after I had used it a few times, I assumed the battery was just running low. I then charged it fully, but it was still making the noise. I'm going to try charging it up again to see if anything changes. Ahh, I'm getting so nervous about it.

I have since gotten a replacement, and it works fine. I guess I had just gotten a bad apple first time around.

Eden is very good on customer servicing and replacements! One of the best sites, if not the best sites for a wide range of toys! EF <3

They don't sell the returned toys. You might just have a similar issue.
