I know I need something in the 4-5 vroom scale so that's something I look for. But I also wouldn't buy anything above 4 in bees. I feel like the noise would start to annoy me eventually.

Vrooms, without question. I generally go for vibes with 4 or 5. 3 is borderline - if there's something that really interests me about it I'll give it a shot. It's nice if it's quiet also, but power is the most important thing.

I consider them both important. I don't like my toys to be too loud. I've had some that were so loud they were distracting.
I also don't want them to be too weak.
My ultimate deal breaker though, are batteries. I won't buy a toy anymore if I can't easily find batteries for it. I've wasted my money in the past on toys that took such obscure batteries that the batteries cost 5x more than the toy when I managed to find them.

I need both, but vrooms are more important.
A quiet toy is useless if it's not strong enough, but a loud and strong toy can only be used when I'm safely alone.

Definitely bees. I have thin walls and I don't need a really strong toy so I haven't had issues with strength. Buzzy toys like bullets just make me feel numb.
