So, I just got the We-Vibe II and I'm super excited about trying it out. Was surprised though, that when I pressed the power button it started vibrating, fresh out of the box. Do these generally come pre-charged? I work in a sex shop and I don't recall the display we-vibe being pre-charged (I do recall that it doesn't hold charge hardly at all, 24 hour and it's dead again - maybe our display model is defective?). The bit in the booklet that says to charge for 24 hours before initial use also lead me to believe it wouldn't be ready to go out of the box. Any insight here?

Sounds like your display model might be defective. When I got mine there was a little bit of juice in it, but I didn't leave it on to see how long it lasted, I just ended up turning it on a whole bunch of times trying to get the charger in correctly. So I would just follow the charging instructions and go from there. I don't think there's anything to be worried about

I have two of them and both hold a charge a long time. I've only ever charged mine a couple times in about a year?
I'm thinking the store model may just have been a fluke.

That is so encouraging, I was feeling like having to keep it charging constantly would be such a pain. A couple times a year is infinitely better, haha.
