For one thing, those descriptions don't make a lot of sense. When something is "buzzy" it's because it's high frequency.

Um, buzzy and deep are the opposite. That makes no sense.

Elnoa is right. The reason buzzy vibrators are that way is because of a higher frequency of the vibrations.
As for the poll, I prefer deep and rumbly vibrations, but I am able to get off to both. Deep rumbles are better if I want to focus more on the sensation itself, while buzzy vibrations are a bit more topical and requires more oomph, and to enhance them, I usually accompany it with arousing mental imagery. With deep vibrations, well, let's just say it's hard to think during a session, lol. It all depends on my mood, really.
