X Small = just right (out of all of my available options). Good for pretty much packing in anything
Small = pretty big/ the size of a Mr. Right. Decent, if I want to go "big." Might just pack with it in baggy-ish pants or a long-ish shirt
Medium = really big. Mostly just for in private or something very baggy/ long. The small makes me self-conscious enough as it is; the medium makes me waaay way way self-conscious
I sympathize, though, with the argument that if you're going to pack you might as well show it off, but also recognize that for some just the weight/ knowing it's there/ etc can be enough/ some may not have the privilege of being able to be out in the sense of showing a bulge

For myself, I wanted one that I could tell I had a bulge with it, so I went with the Small rather than the X-tra Small. I might even move up to the Medium if I were to wear it with jeans, but that's only if I wanted the bulge to be noticeable in any type of clothing.
