White Heat Question

Contributor: Morganna Morganna
Well, I got my toys in the other day and decided to take care of them all and put batteries in them. At first, it worked fine, but now, I'm having a really hard time with the cap...the dial will hardly work and you have to twist the cap really far before it will come on and then it's stuck at one speed. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't have one of these products, but you may just have a faulty toy. I'd check the reviews on it to see if anyone else complained about that problem. If not, submit a support ticket about it to find out what may be wrong.

Good luck!

Thanks. I might wind up doing that. It's a Doc Johnson, and I had another one of their toys which kinda went screwy on me, too. I'm hoping it is the fact that I have a faulty toy and that their products are really good. My experience with them makes me skeptical of that brand all together though, haha.

I think I fiddled around with it to find out it has to be in one certain spot before the dial will work. That's gonna be a pain but overall, still pretty happy with it.
