I might go for the wood, but they both look like cool new materials!

I really thought the ceramic would carry the vibes best, thanks for the input guys!

I haven't heard good things about that particular wood vibe.
03/20/2012
Not sure.

I've seen that wooden one in a store and when turned on it isn't very strong. The reviews say the ceramic aren't either. I wouldn't get any.

I would think wood lol

As a male, not using such toys, I have no idea...
My Baby wants a wooden vibe now. I find it a funny idea but she says that once you have the motor and the wooden cover you will know what basic design to follow if you want to make more. I guess if she really wants to make wooden dildos and vibes that's a cool and creative idea...

I think that ceramic would lead the vrooms better, because the different types of wood have different kinds of hardness/softness...
On the other hand, you won't have to worry about breaking wood! ^^

Ive seen steel but hm.. never heard of wood or ceramic vibes. Not sure how I feel about that.
03/21/2012
I've heard of both, but havent tried either of those materials.
03/21/2012
I haven't tried wood or ceramic vibes. I'd imagine softer materials would transmit vibrations better.
03/21/2012
Never tried a wooden one so I really don't know!
03/21/2012
Not to sure, but your best bet would be to look up reviews if there are any.
03/22/2012
Haven't tried either material, so I don't know.

Treeze is beautiful, but I'd be so paranoid about splinters!

Ceramic has a ring to it, because it's actually coated in glass (the glaze). I'm not sure if that means it would have a stronger vibe (with the same power source) than wood or not, so I had to vote "I don't know". However, I'd definitely choose ceramic over wood. I am a total ceramic geek! I would like to know what cone they fired it to, and whether the clay was vitreous or not (lol see, geek), but none of that gets written in the reviews.

My next toy is prob gonna be a wooden toy. They look so nice.
04/22/2012
Not sure...

Both sound...kinda creepy, imo.

I really like the look of wood..
03/20/2012
Ceramic is prettier.
03/20/2012
I think ceramic is prettier
03/20/2012
Thinking about overall versatility again: ceramic can be painted in any ways, with any colors - it wouldn't be as easy to manage it with wood!
03/20/2012
I like the look of ceramic better
03/21/2012
I think ceramic could be prettier, but wood could be hand detailed if they wanted to spend enough time on it.
03/21/2012
I chose ceramic but these two ceramics look kind of plain.

Ceramic

I chose wood as the prettiest.

Neither, they're not g-spot angled.

Personally, any toy angled toward the front would work..
I just thought maybe someone on here had an experience with one or the other

Not sure they have that angle, I agree with rossie.
03/20/2012
Must assume that ceramic is naturally smoother, not having an uncomfortable drag of the material... But either one is good for your spot as long as your anatomy lets you angle them right!
03/20/2012
It would depend on the shape of the toy, but both would have the potential.
03/21/2012
For g-spot stimulation, go with a curved vibe or toy - like the Bent Graduate. As a rule, I don't like wood because it's porous.
