Just wanted to say I just got mine and you guys...it's the cutest thing I've ever seen. It's like the Bubbles vibe from Fun Factory but with bigger bubbles and just....awesome. It's charging right now but I'm going to be doing some intense "research" tonight and in the following days. Like, multiple "research" sessions daily. It looks pretty promising.

This is actually a great question. In my experience the highest settings (the eighth level of intensity, the turbo boost and the three patterns) actually do numb the hand if you use them for an extended period of time. The lower levels do not - and frankly the more powerful levels are too much for me so I don't have the hand numbing issue. Definitely a valid concern though!
