I got a Zini Zook a while back and there's supposed to be a way to active a 1-year warranty on the website. I looked all over the site but found nothing. I contacted their customer support FOREVER ago and still haven't gotten a response so I assume their customer support sucks. Lol.

So if you have a Zini product and you've activated your warranty or know anything about it, could you help me out?

I think you have to have your receipt for one thing before they'll do anything for you.

That's another thing. What receipt? Lol. When we order online, we don't get receipts, do we? Do we have to print off our order details?

You should be able to print your receipt right off of eden, go to your orders and find that order there should be a printable version link.

I tried to find where to go for your warranty as well, but I couldn't. I did find contact information, so maybe you can call, email, or write a letter.
