I don't see a problem with age differences at all. I think there may be problems when one of the people in that relationship tries to use the age difference to manipulate the other person, but that's a separate issue from the age difference itself.

Once you get beyond a certain age, it becomes moot. Early on (up to really early 20s) being close in age is typically better, but there are exceptions

FunFantasys is right. Once you get out into the world, it doesn't matter as much. It's more of a difference in experience than a difference in age.

Nope. 18 is the only important number. as long as everyone is that number or above, it doesn't matter what numbers are involved.
