I don't really know what qualifies someone as your high school sweetheart?
I started dating hubby at the beginning of my Senior year in high school. If that qualifies us; then yes. We are at 6 years, now.

I stayed with my last boyfriend in highschool for about 4 years after we graduated. Just didn't work out. But I really am so much better for it now.
