As long as the both of you are legal and want to be together then no.

It's only a 2 year difference and they are of age.

She's legal. That's all that matters.

Yay for legal, otherwise don't worry about what others think as long as you guys are happy!

18 and 22 isn't that big a difference. If the feelings are mutual, why not?

No. If someone was in there 30s or 40s I'd find it a bit more weird, but really from what I've seen, if it's actually a loving, honest relationship, it really doesn't matter what age people are.

It depends...are her parents violent?

I was 17 when I met my 23 year old ex. We didn't have sex until I was 18, but it was fine. I told my parents he was 2 years younger and it was no biggie. We were together for 4 years. As long as parents are ok with it and it's completely consensual it's ok.

It's OK if the guy is a "mature" eighteen years old.

although it is not sick, because she is 18. I would wait until she was out of school.

Definitely ok, if your maturity levels match. Sometimes the only way to figure that out is to jump head first and see what comes up. The more important question is, do you like her?

That's not that weird, I started dating my partner in high school and when she went off to college (while I was still in high school) there wasn't any weirdness at all.

As long as both of you are happy that's what really is important.

Of course, if you are an administrator at her school or something you might want to reconsider.

I don't see anything wrong with it.

From my own experiences, I wouldn't count on it to last. This is for you two personally, just in general. At eighteen, there's still a LOT of life to be lived.

It depends on where in the 20's (28-29, or 20-21) they are.

definitely not. she's 18 so she's legal in most countries. definitely an adult who can make her own decisions.
