Dating a guy who's still overcoming phimosis, so it's difficult for him to come. Any tips on bringing a male-bodied person over the edge?

You don't expect to know what phimosis is do you?

For anyone who wants to help out - here's the definition:

Phimosis is a constriction of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be drawn back over the tip of the penis

Do you mean he's recently had surgery to resolve the issue? Phimosis isn't something you overcome so much has something you have surgically fixed if it's bad enough.

If it's painful, he needs to see his doctor.

His doctor gave him a steroid cream and a little metal thingy to stretch his foreskin with. And it's stretching, to the point where he can get it over his head, but it's uncomfortable. Surgery isn't necessary.

Haha, I thought about that, but I figured anyone who'd have useful advice would already know what it is.
