Ive herd that as you age sex is better for you but is it really because you are aging or because you are talented and experienced? Or are you just drunk half the time to make it better? I know of a lot of things that people try to make it better but I'd like to know what you think?

I am in my 40's and sex is much better. Confidence, willingness to try new things and experience helps. Alcohol does not.

I'm 27 and sex is better for me now. More from experience and having a long term partner to figure out new things with than anything.

Sex was best for me when I was in my 30s and early 40s, now I'm in my late 40s and am going through my perimenopause stage and libido has slipped a bit. I do not like to have alcohol before sex, drinking lowers my sensitivity and impairs my ability to have orgasms.

My sex life was best in my 40's. Now in my 50's its still good but I've had a few health issues that have at times affected my sex life.
