Ok, so technically I bought them the DAY I turned 18 (I'm paranoid about breaking the law), but I did all my research and had them in a shopping cart online at least a week before my birthday. So I count it as under 18...

When I was 18 a friend and I bought tiny vibrating flashlights, but I was always too nervous to use it or had a boyfriend that was too jealous for me to. Then at 20 I bought my first one with the help of my boyfriend.
