It doesn't happen very often, but after some very intense orgasms (usually lots of build up to it) I have intense throbbing in my pelvic region and scrotum. Sometimes it is hard to walk. But it goes away within an hour or two and there is no pain any other time. Just curious if this was normal.
Anyone else have throbbing in balls and pelvic region after intense orgasm?

Hmm, I have had some pretty intense orgasms that left my legs a bit shaky before but never anything like you are describing. Sorry I don't know more about it.
