I've been wondering this.. I probably getoff about 1 or 2 times a day on average, im 22... is that too much?

Do you feel it is? Is it interfering with your job, personal relationships or other activities?

1 to 2 times a day doesn't sound the least bit excessive to me, but if it's interfering with other aspects of your life, or you're having a difficult time controlling it, it might be "too much".
