Condom question...

Contributor: Angel deSanguine Angel deSanguine
My husband had a vas several months ago and has been in for his initial follow-up, which came back clear, but he will not be going in for his second and final follow-up for several weeks. The problem is, I have had to come off of the pill for various reasons. We both know it's just a precautionary measure, but would rather cover out bases until his final test is done and comes back clear. The problem we have run into over the course of several years when needing condoms for brief periods of time (my pill knocked out by antibiotics, for example) it that they are painfully tight. We understand it's not going to be as comfortable as without one, but it should not outright hurt. It seems that most of them are just made longer, but not wider and he is quite girthy. We have tried several different brands and none are wide enough, including the Magnums. I really don't want to have to have a sexfree month if I can help it, but I also want him to be able to enjoy himself, which he can't really do with his penis being strangled! Any advice or recommendations??

You could always try female condoms or a sponge or something. I'd suggest going to your gyno and seeing if he/she has some sort of temporary solution for you.

I've seen some really girth guys on porn flicks who are wearing condoms--wonder what type they are using? Interesting.

Magnum XL are both longer and wider, so you could give those a try. Durex XXL are also quite large. I would say Kimono Microthin Large, but those are slightly smaller than Magnums, so no.

Pleasure Plus and Kimono Maxx are only wider at the head, not the base, so those wouldn't work.

Take a look at this size chart and see if there are any on here that might work for you: link

Thanks for the comments so far! My girly bits don't care too much for high doses of spermicide (much more than is on a condom) so I can't use a lot of the things meant for women (they burn me alive.) We've tried the XL, and no go. I will look into the Durex XXL, I've not seen them at a brick and mortar around here, so I will look into buying them online.
