I replied to your other post - so this is repetition:
For most of my life - premature ejaculation was more of an issue that delayed ejaculation. But as I've gotten older I sometimes experience the issue with delay.
For me this issue is can I maintain an erection long enough?
For my wife she frets about being too lose or too wet from natural or applied lubrication. I reassure her that it's not about her - its about me, so she's a little less anxious about it when it happens.
We're dealing - sometimes persistence pays off, others I just give up, give her a hug and reassure her that I very much enjoyed our time together.

My experience tells me that when I was young and pumping away for hours, it makes the girl sore. Doesn't affect me much at the time, but it bums me out because the girl would have to wait a day or two before we do it. Nowadays I find that it's better if I focus on the mutual enjoyment, cumming together makes a nice finish and everyone's happy.
