For health? I don't do it for my partner and I am not totally aware of these "health benefits." Sorry honey, take aloe vera. I'm sure that does a lot more for the prostate health than rubbing or "massaging" would.

Pleasure first with health second, but I first started doing for health reasons.
My G-pa and dad have both had problems (G-pa died from prostate cancer and dad had his removed) so I am doing everything I can to keep it healthy. I shoot for three or four times a week, sometimes the wife helps.

Currently the research shows some benefits from regular ejaculation, but nothing connected specifically with prostate massage except for certain very limited situations (certain infections where massage in combination with antibiotics seemed to work a bit better).
Of course there haven't been many studies specifically of prostate massage, but that doesn't change the fact that the known "health benefits" aren't necessarily related to prostate massage.
Do it because it's fun.

Never done it. My boyfriend seen a episode of family guy where peter had to get his prostate checked. My boyfriend seen that and almost lost his mind. I've tried talking him into using prostate toys. I tell him how much hes missing out on, but the answer is ALWAYS the same... It's always HELLO NO! NOTHING IN GOING INTO MY BUTT. So, I don't bother him about it anymore. So, doing it for heath reasons would never happen.

Up till about a year ago, I had the attitude that nothing was ever going up my rear, but then my curiosity got the best of me. I went and bought me a prostate massage toy and my sexual life hasn't been the same since. Rewired and loving it.
