I think they look okay, maybe even hot, but tongue piercings will make you lisp and I personally wouldn't want my partner to get either a tongue or a dick piercing, because he likes to put both of those parts of his anatomy near my junk and that just won't do.

I have two piercings in my tongue (venoms) and I don't lisp and I've never cracked a tooth or swallowed a ball; I've had them for over 7 years. Also, if you take them out and clean the bar and the hole regularly, you won't have bad breath. Just like any piercing, you need to be hygienic with them.

As for dude with tongue piercings, I've dated a few and never liked how it felt on my clit, but that's me.
