Had to have surgery to remove an adenoma from my breast, I was rather not willing to risk water on my stitches even though I was informed 24 hours was enough time to wait before showering. I sponge bathed for a week, not that I did much, but it does leave one feeling rather gross.
Still, first surgery and all - not willing to risk opening the wound with a shower.

I was out in the field in the Army, I don't remember how many days but I was rather smelly by the time I got a shower.

The longest I went was I believe 2 days while hunting here in Texas. Everyone knows that Texas can get hot in the summer so after a couple of days of no showering and Texas heat you could smell me about 10ft away. It was the worst thing ever.

Well in middle school I decided that showering was a just an OPTION and that not EVERYONE needed to do it... Because middle school isn't awful enough without people not bathing themselves daily.
Since I really hit puberty maybe 2 days, but I still took 'sink showers,' meaning I washed my face, hair, and ran a cloth over my armpits.

4 days maybe when i was sick.

I think I might have gone something like five days once. I never really count. I tend to lose track of time if I'm sleeping a lot, like when I'm sick.

Maybe 2 whole days when I was REALLY sick. I don't like to go without showering for too long.

When I'm really sick I tend to not shower until I'm starting to feel better. I'm talking so sick the only reason you get up is to use the bathroom.

5 days, I was at Bonnaroo in 2010 and was not about to pay $7 for a shower only to come out of it to sweat in the 110 degree head index of TN. Needless to say, when I got home.... best. shower. ever.

About 2 or 3 days, often camping. Even then, my shower consists of a sponge bath in the sink or the whole "shampoo your hair and dive in the river" routine. But under normal conditions, I generally shower daily.

Probably a few days. What's gross is when you wipe your face with a napkin or tissue and can see the dirt on it >_<
