I recently read Unleashing Her G-Spot Orgasm and it mentioned that men can exercise their kegel muscles. Feeling naive over here... but I didn't know men had kegels!! Anyway, I know that women, like men, can use the squeeze and let go method of exercising, but I've found, as a woman, that you get a much more satisfying result if you use an exerciser. So, my question is: are there kegel exercisers for men? If so... What are they? Does Eden sell them? Have you or your partner tried them? Did you get a better result then the squeeze & release method?
Do you like football season? Just wondering if anyone else is as excited for football season as I am ? I love everything about football season. The game, the team spirit,...
Sunday Football OK, so I really can't wait to see the playoff games tomorrow. Is everyone excited and on the edge of their seats to watch?
your football team is your college or NFL football team having a good season this year? I like college. The BCS polls just came out on sunday, my team is number 10. I
Kegels? How do you exactly do kegels with these types of toys? I actually own the Ami but I hear they are supposed to feel like they are falling out. The ami.
I haven't heard of kegel exercisers for men... exactly. However, there are anal exercisers that can be used by men and women (link) that help strengthen both the PC and anal muscles.
I'm pretty sure Elnoa is right. When you do look for male kegel exercisers, a lot of times you'll come across things like the Aneros Helix.
The biggest reason why there aren't male kegel exercisers is because men have external genitals and you can easily see if you are flexing the muscle as a guy, because your dick bobs up and down. Girls don't have this, and that's what the exercises are for. It's so that we can be sure that we're isolating that muscle and only that muscle.
Well that makes sense. What are the weighted cock rings for? (This is me assuming it is weighted.)
Weighted cock rings or weights in general with the male genitalia normally has nothing to do with wanting to exercise the kegel muscle and has more to do with liking the sensation of that extra weight.
I wonder if the ring you've shown is weighted, as it looks more like vibrators and batteries. I imagine this thing would weight about as much as having 2 batteries strapped to your dick would weigh

You will be able to have better sex by being able to better control your orgasms and ejaculations, and last for longer, plus you may get the added kudos of being able to hold up a wet towel with your erection if you practice these Kegel exercises for men.

I've read that that's how guys should do Kegel exercises: do sets of lifts with a dry washcloth draped over, and work your way up to a wet washcloth.
what does it increase though for a woman it increases tightness? What gets tighter on the penis?
Kegel exercises have pretty much the same benefits for men as they do for women.
Primarily increased bladder control, so you don't leak. Also, increased bowel control.
Sexually, strengthening the muscles might lead to: more intense orgasms, stronger erections, more control over when you ejaculate, and quicker recovery time.
