I have a friend who claims he trained his pelvic muscles to ...sort of delay cumming, and that he can orgasm several times before he actually ejaculates. Not sure how it's possible, but I'm just repeating what I was told

It possible because it is ejaculation not orgasm that cause a refectory period in men. Prevent ejaculation and you prevent the refractory period.

It only happen to me once, and it was awesome! Intense prostrate stimulation gave me a hands free orgasm and then I came hard a second time about 15 seconds later with about 5 tugs. Oh how I want to do that again. I'll just have to practice I guess.

I'm the same way, I have trained my PC muscle to be able to withstand actually ejaculating and still have the orgasm. After around 4 or 5 I usually let it out to prevent blueballs.

If you apply pressure between your balls and ass right under your balls when you are cumming, you can have an orgasm with out ejaculating the feeling is very odd and I think it feels better to let it out. You can also hold it and let it go right after you get off and get alittle more pressure and distance with your cum.

It's all in the learning. I couldn't for the longest time but while playing and learning more (different games and exercises to try) I have on several occasions gotten to rolling orgasms without ejaculation. It's pretty intense, but I've been sore the next morning before.
