My partner has a definite downward curve to his penis. I like it because it hits the right spots and feels amazing in a lot of positions, especially the deeper ones. The downside is that it makes standing up sex virtually impossible, and if I'm really tight it sometimes hurts him when my muscles try to "straighten him out".

the genetic thing kinda makes sense, but think about this:
Lots of boys wear the tighty-whities (or they were white when they were new). This puts a fair bit of pressure in that area. This could cause a curve too.

I've been with a guy who had a straight one and my current partner's is curved nicely. I think both straight and curved ones have their pros and cons though. I've seen/spoken to guys who had ones that curved away from them and such. The majority of men who's dicks I have seen have had straight ones though.

All this talk about curved penises hasn't said much about left or right or up or down curves. Mine is very straight, up and down, but curves verrrry slightly to the right. I "tuck" it (dress it) to the left in my boxers and trousers.

My penis curves up and to the left. I used to hate it when I was younger, but the more and more sexual partners I had, the more I realized it was actually a blessing. The article I read about circumcision said that many penises had a slight curve, but an exaggerated 'curve' was caused by an irregular 'cut' during circumcision, meaning that the skin was shorter on one side than the other - and as most circumcisions are performed on infants, it would be reasonable that a mismatched 'cut' could cause the development of an exaggerated curve.
I got this from an article by Dr Paul Fleiss:
"Depending on the amount of skin cut off and how the scar forms, a circumcised penis may be permanently twisted, or curve or bow during erection."
