What do you prefer better and why, also is it easy for your to get hard on your own or do you need help with that?

No problems yet, but I think I'd go with a ring. The cream probably stimulates but doesn't do anything to keep the blood in. If you want to go chemicals then prescription is probably the way to go (provided you are a good candidate and it would be safe).

Go with the ring. we've owned a few, and prefer them to creams. They store easily, don't have to be refilled, and some are adjustable. Most creams aren't that great, and there's only so much cream you can apply to one place!

i would go with a ring. never tried the cream. but my guess is it would leave a bad taste in her mouth, or just in her.

The cream doesn't appear to cause erections, it prolongs them by desensitizing the penis. I think a ring would probably be better, unless you've got problems with premature ejaculation.

A ring will work better the a cream. The cream just desensitizes the penis and my hubby said it made him feel numb. Not so enjoyable for him.

I prefer the cock ring. The creams just aren't very effective, and the taste is a real issue. Cock rings don't make a mess either.

Definitely the ring. The creams are often ineffective, or cause other problems.

the "stay hard" creams are vein expanders and hey can lead to misshapen erections. rings restrict blood flow and they can exacerbate erectile dysfunction. so take your pick, curved junk or erectile dysfunction. exercise is the best way to improve blood flow in my opinion, a mile walk everyday will keep everything in working order.
