Serious just go to the Doctor. I am a 35 year old male who has been on Cilias for about a year. The fact is I went to the doctor and yes it was uncomfortable, but it was as uncomfortable as lossingba hard on while being with my wife. She has stood by me while I delt with this issue so it was the least I could do for her..

Due to a health issue my doc prescribed a pump for me. With that pump and the tension ring that acts like an extremely tight cock ring, anybody can have an erection. Even quadriplegics. The erection will be quite sufficient for vaginal sex.

Ask the doctor for some Cialis samples. They have a good track record.
Perhaps he is under too much stress from work or something. You can ask your doctor or his for samples. If it works then get a prescription til he comes back. Hopefully it is just a temporary thing.

When I had erectile dysfunctions I did a lot of research and learned about penis extenders that help increase the quality of the erection. So I finally bought my penis extender and now (5 months later) I can already feel that my ED has decreased and my erections are better than before. I think because the extender stretches the penis over a long period of time more blood can flow through it and that's why the erection gets better.
